I would include the obvious things such as your name, age, and a way to contact you. As a parent i would be very interested in knowing if you had taken any babysitting classes or cpr and how long you have been babysitting. Putting your rates on the flyer is optional.

Put them in areas where you're likely to see parents with babies or young children, such as playgrounds, elementary schools (with permission, of course), or nursery schools; also consider apartment complexes that have lots of young adults. Be sure not to put your own address, but only a phone number, as you need to preserve your own privacy from any creeps in the area.

Mention that you have references (if you do) give thier names and numbers if you have at least 3 of them. Mention any experience you have. Mention that you love children.(Which I hope you do if you're going to be watch them.) State how much you charge per hour. Your name and number too...
