You live in an apartment, the children have just as much right to be there as you do. You don't own the property, so where do you get off deciding who can be in a parking lot? Buy some earplugs if you don't like the noise.I would stop spraying the kids before you run into a parent like me, whom would never put up with this. You need a lot more help than anyone here can offer you if you're this upset about children playing! That's what they do, leave them alone!

First of all, it's not just your Apt. it's everyone's! They should have the right to play in it all they want too.
And second, who the hell do you think you are spraying kids with a water hose? Your supposed to be an adult, what would it look like if people saw you doing this? Be the better person, and let it be. Try to find a way to block it out, I don’t know. It just doesn’t sound right. If it was my mother....let's just say she would be in jail for Attempted Murder. And that's no lie.

Sir, I am appauld that you would spray children with water simply for playing in the parking lot when their is a park so close. I know kids screaming can be annoying but you sir need to seek help from either your physician or a mental health professional as it is disturbing that you would take such action for doing no more then being kids. I suppose you applaud when a child comes up missing because it seems to me your bitter, possibly because you had a bad childhood that you would deny children today the joy of being just that a child. Please look up a County Mental Health clinic in your area ASAP. If you want you might even talk to a pastor of a church for help. Sounds like to me you need God to give you patience.

Sounds like you are just overly annoyed. Happens to the best of us. Try talking to the parents and see if they would be willing to take their children to the park instead. I wouldn't be spraying them with the water hose anymore. The parents might be able to call the cops on you. Just take a few deep breaths and try and relax.

it is a few distance too outrageous to ignore approximately. I actually have a 2 300 and sixty 5 days previous and that i do no longer enable her close to the line whilst i'm exterior staring at her. i do no longer enable her play interior the back backyard on my own the two. i'm continually staring at her. I enable my 8 and 5 300 and sixty 5 days previous interior the back backyard on my own (its fenced in) yet I shop the two doorways open so i will take heed to if something is going incorrect. i do no longer understand, I have been given talked approximately as over protective relating to a query that I asked until now yet i in my view do no longer think of it rather is a secure problem in any respect. heavily, what are they doing with the door close and locked like that? you're able to call the police. they are in a position to decide no remember if it warrants calling the youngster centers. you would be kicking your self for no longer doing it if a form of infants gets nabbed or run over.

I had a kid playing with a basketball once shatter the back window of my van because he was "playing" in the parking lot. Parking lots are for parking Cars, NOT for children to play in. I'm with you about spraying them with a garden hose. I'll bet you, like me, rejoice every winter when it's cold enough outside that all the screamers are inside aggravating their OWN parents instead of EVERY ONE ELSE.

2 blocks away can be miles for a parent trying to keep an eye on kids. As you know from the news kids safety is in constant jeopardy. As a parent, I want my kids as close as I can keep them. But your also right to have some quite every now and then. You need to seek some middle ground with the kid's parents. If nothing can be accomplished maybe you should live in an adult community.

I don't think it is very wise for children to be playing in a parking lot, that seems like a dangerous place...
At the same time, I don't think it's very mature to be spraying them with the water hose like they're animals or something. That is their home too. What you should do is speak with the parents in a calm and mature fashion. If that doesn't work, can you file any kind of complaint with the apartment manager? It sounds like they're letting their kids run a little wild.

Why can't you just talk to the parents, maybe it's not possible for the parents to take the kids to the park and they can watch the kids from the window.

well sweetie it is both, not trying to be mean here in any way toward you.But to spray them is wrong, ask the parents to keep them away from the parking lot playing(which they really should not play there any way's they might get hit by a car).If that does not work then ask your landlord to put a stop to it, if that does not do it the phone the police. They will make them stop playing there because of the safety issues with traffic and such, good luck
