I'm skinny, but I've got like 0 muscle. My legs are ok, but I want 'em sexy. I've got about a month. What exercises are good for legs and abs?

Go to the gym, look at the instructions in the weight machines.
They usually have labels showing which muscle groups they work.
Leg muscle do not grow in one month, but the exercise will make you feel better and toned.
Abs you can work without machines, just do lots of crunches every day, except the days the abs are hurting. Don't overwork muscle that ache, you can cause damage that can take several months to repair. Give a couple days rest if a muscle group is painful, then go back to the gym.

Do anywhere from 50 to 100 crunches a day. Then for your legs, squats, lunges, leg lifts, calf raises. The list goes on but if you go to www.about.com and go under exercise and there are lots of different workouts that you can do for your abs and legs and everything else. Do crunches and lift weights. And not light dumbbells either. Heavy weights. Don't worry, you won't bulk up like a guy. Girls don't have enough testosterone for that to happen. But it is the most effective way of getting toned.
