Dear one, ask YOUR son to tell you what is happening at the school that HE does NOT agree with. Tell him how much you love him and HOW important H E is to you~
Also tell him that YOU would rather HEAR IT from him than to have to contact the school for answers.
THEN and MOST IMPORTANTLY.. LET HIM talk with OUT You interupting OR judging what he says.
The bond YOU form with THIS conversation will carry on to his future... when HE WILL Have even BIGGER problems~ as they all do.

take him to a homeless shelter & let him see how they live & tell him if that is the life he wants , quitting school will get him there quickly. Some kids need to see that to appreicate life . Talk with a homeless shelter director & see if u can bring him to see what they go thru. Or just drive him by a shelter so he can see waht reality is . take him around some run down areas & he can see how the crack heads live. Reality checks are the best ones. Because they see it for themselves. My daughte didn't want to eat so my husband took them by a shelter & they seen how they hang out & how they look & how the surrounding area looks & she came back & ate her food.

Ask him why. Tell him that school is important down the road and if he doesn't go to school, he will work in McDonalds living paycheck by paycheck and still not have enough money for himself. Tell him that if he stays in school, it will make his life easier down the road. Ask him, will he have money to support his family later on?
