Im 15 years old and about 120lbs, in great shape, and run track, and i just want to put on extra muscle, and weight for events. Any suggestions?

well you can drink protein shakes or eat protein bars.they help you put on weight...but healthy muscle weight.it may take a while though.

Add 500 to 100 calories a day of mostly protein. Stay away from all the sugar...especially high fructose corn syrup
