you need to stop focusing on the numbers on the scale and changing your body composition, which means the reduction of body fat. losing weight on the scale doesn't necessarily mean a decrease in body fat, especially if the "weight" was not lost in a healthy manner.
healthy "fat" loss takes time as the body can only metabolize and use so much stored energy in a 24 hour period. rapid "weight" loss usually occurs at a significant lose of lean muscle mass
diet and exercise...

o honey....ur not that fat. please dont compare urself with others. this will just make u upset about yourself, and ur self-esteem will just flush away. u were 185 and now 132? WOW! Thats a good accomplishment!! GOOD JOB SWEETIE! and u need to remember that ur probly taller than ur friends, this means u will just weigh more, its not a bad thing! and im in a size 7 two, and thats not a big size. i just have a little pudge on my stomach, but i have wide hips, thats why i have to have a bigger size cause then the jeans wont fit me. so just look @ urself in the mirror, and see if u think u have wide hips this could be some of the problem right there. for me, when i wear jeans, u cant tell @ ALL i have wide hips, but i know i do, cause its hard for me to find jeans that fit and arent baggy in the but. and for motivation, get a jean or sumthin that is like a couple sizes smaller than u would wear, then just each week measure ur stomach, arms, butt and whatever else, like ur legs too. and then evendually u will fit in thouse 5 size jeans!!
u just need to tone, not really loose A LOT of weight.....
for ur stomach flab, get an exersise ball and do 20 situp's then REST then do 20 more, and just keep doing this EVERYDAY. ive been doing this for about 3 days now, and i actually could fit in my dress better than i could last week. TRUST ME it works! u can also find a lot of exercises on Google - type in - Exercises on a Exercise ball - or sumthin like that, u'll find many things! Good LUck sweetie, and God Blessâ¥

There is a good chance that you lost a great deal of lean mass. Because muscle is denser than fat, this explains why you are lighter but they are leaner.
I have seen this happen many times to people who go on low carb diets and lose a lot of weight just to find out that their percentage body fat is higher than when they started. This also explains why I have heard many people brag about how much weight they lost while on the Atkins diet but I have never seen one with a lean and musclular physique.
The way to fix this is to use a proper exercise program involving both strength training and cardio. This will gain back some lean mass and increase your resting metabolic rate. In addition, a balanced nutrition profile with 6 small meals will keep your resting metabolic rate elevated.
Also, ditch the scale and get a measuring tape. It is more accurate.
Here are some links with info about fat loss, a weekly workout, and a sample meal plan.

First, you need to love yourself for who you are, Not for what you look like. That being said, It is all in your genes not your (jeans!). You know how you watch those info commercial s on TV in the middle of the night and everyone has the perfect body and they are trying to tell you you will too when you order their special tape, juice or machine. well they lie!! they can only have those abs if they inherited them in their genes. no matter how many sit ups you do you will never have the perfect body if your family gene pool didn't bless you with them. You did real good losing the weight but if it is not meant to come off it is going to came back. SO, squeeze into a size 6 and practice sucking your stomach in constantly. it wont make you look like Barbie but it will give your belly some control.

You are pretty tall, and 132 is not that bad, it is actually a healthy weight. I wouldnt worry about looking like others. I am sure you look great, but no one ever thinks of themselves looking good. I bet if you would ask your friends who you say are thinner than you they would say they are not happy with there bodies either. I think what you need is somthing that will build your self esteem and also give you some exercise and that would be karate or a dance class. Give it a try, and I bet you will feel a lot better about yourself!!! Good luck! I have struggled with self esteem issues my whole life and I am in my 30's now.

first of all your a perfect weight for your height. dont let anyone tell you your not. but if your trying to lose a few lbs, you need to eat. trust me eating is the most important thing you can do. eat lean protein, chicken, eggs, and turkey. eat veggies and fruits with whole grains. start exercising. do about 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week and start lifting weights. adding muscle to your body will increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories without doing anything. lastly, hunny, stop looking at the scale. use your clothes as a better judgement of how big or small you are. the tighter or looser your clothes are, are a much better gauge for size. good luck.

You are who YOU are! Don't compare yourself to other people because you'll never find satisfying results. Like that old saying goes: "We are OUR worst critics."
As for your tummy flab, just do some exercises, like crunches or sit ups. You may not find immediate results, but if you continue with the workouts, you will in the long run. Be happy with who you are. ^_^

It's not about being skinny, it's about being healthy.
Proper diet and exercise is all that matters. and if you're not skinny still it doesn't matter. There is nothing wrong with not being skinny
