Sex offenders released from jail/prison always moleste / rape again and again. Alot of times they murder the victim. But why are the relesed the FIRST time?! Once a rapist always one. That how is is in fact. I watch the news and everyday a child is kiddnapped, days later or maybe weeks they find the dead child and say there was acts of rape.

First, there are different circumstances in each case that determine the length of his/her sentence. The judge is the one that sentences an individual after the verdict is rendered. After the minimum sentence has been attained he/she will be granted parole if it is determined (usually by a psychiatrist) that they have been rehabilitated and are ready to reenter society. As we all know they can fool authorities to think that...Registering sex offenders is a big help, but they (criminals) dont always comply... Not enough state workers to check on them, unfortunately. This answer is just the tip of the iceberg. One last thing...many times if the minimum sentence has been attained prisoners are released because of overcrowding. This is a country wide problem.. Not enough beds to house them all... I dont think that will ever change...

you cant beleive that they will be guilty a second time but there is no excuse for hurting a child. Once should be too many. I think they ought to be tourtured and then castrated and then raped themselves. Maybe then they could understand the pain they inflict.
