Think about why your wanting to work-out. Take whatever reason that is, and use it to fuel your determination. You find yourself falling off the band wagon, think back on why your doing it in the first place, and push yourself. I use my beautiful girlfriend for my motivation. Wanting to look the best that I can for her. In turn making myself healthier so we can enjoy a longer, fuller life together. Even then it gets rough sometimes. So I throw in a couple more factors. One, I get dropped off at the gym, rather then drive myself. That way I can't flake out until I'm finished. Two, I've recently bought an iPod Shuffle, and threw a massive compilation of some up tempo songs I enjoy. Just jamming to that while Running on the Treadmill, or lifting weights makes pushing the limits hardly noticeable. If all else fails, get someone to exercise with you. Have them help keep you motivated as you return the favor for them. Good Luck!

A really really good way to get motivated to follow your exercise schedule is to go shopping for an outfit in a dress that is smaller than your current size or the size you hope to achieve. put that dress in a prominent position and use that as a motivator in your challenge for exercises.

I read an article that said to keep yourself motivated, put a picture of yourself up on your fridge, wall, door, wherever. A picture that you think you really look good in , either you were all dressed up and looking really good, or a picture of yourself when you were skinnier. Look at that picture everyday and it keeps you motivated. Hope this helps.
It really helped me out.

get a running buddy, it helps me, well it helps so both of you are motivated. Try regarding yourself after a workout, you can use it as a motivation. Just give yourself small rewards, like go hang out with a friend, so something fun.

The best motivation I know is to strip down naked and stand in front of a full length mirror...

look at yourself in the mirror.......say "OK i can do this, i want to lose weight, i need to" that is what i use to do. sometimes you can make exercising fun! do spots too. go to a gym...my dad goes to the gym and he has fun... sometimes if you go alot you can make friends. it is really not that hard.... just believe in yourself

think of what you would look like if you were a hundred pounds more than what you are now. that should be a mental image to help motivate you.

buy a really cute outfit in the size you want to be and hang it up where you'll see it and then that may make you want to get in shape. or just take some hydroxycut.

ANY EXCERCISE ROUTINE MUST BECOME A HABIT TO BE A ROUTINE. IT TAKES 3 WEEKS OF A CONSTANT ROUTINE FOR A BEHAVIOR TO BECOME A HABIT. ONCE IT IS A HABIT IT WILL BECOME SECOND NATURE.
