Hi, I have both a 1989 Mustang LX conv, and a 1990 Mustang GT conv, the rear seats are differant, and before I ripped anything apart, wanted to know if the speaker placements were the same

My information shows the same speaker setup from '87 to '93: 3 1/2" speakers on the dash, 5 1/4" speakers in the doors, 6x8" speakers in the side panels for convertibles, or the rear deck for coupes.

they are not because the gt comes with a power amplifier on the right side of the radio
