Stop acting like your doing something wrong. Tell your parents that you will be moving into your apartment on (DATE) and you would really like their help moving. Packing boxes, and getting settled, etc.
How they respond will reflect on how you handle yourself and present yourself to them. If your shy and retreating and apologetic, you give off the impression that you are not mature and not ready for this big step. But if you are up front, positive, and thoughtful you are representing yourself as the woman you are. (or at least the woman I hope you are)

If you are a young adult, capable of providing for yourself
and wish to move then it is indeed time to leave, and you have nothing to feel guilty about unless you are leaving on bad terms with your parents.

just tell them your obviously growing and want to venture out on your own you have no reason to feel guilty. you are entilted to live your own life
