i want to leave my dad is going to spank me in the morning he said and i am 12! that is to old to be spanked. how do you rent a hotel room i want to stay there so i dont have to see him ever again.

Well, you need to be at least 18 to rent a hotel room. So unless your mom or another relative will rent one for you, you're going to have to stick it out. If you feel that your dad is abusive (physically, mentally or sexually) you need to tell an adult you trust, like a teacher or family friend and they can call social services, or you can call them yourself. Sorry Daddy'slittleangel but it sure sounds like you have been anything but. You would not have called yourself that if you didn't love your dad.
You got in trouble for something and probably deserve a spanking. At least he's going to wait till morning to cool off before spanking you - a lot of parents would lash out right away.
Now you want to run away, live with someone else, asking strangers to take you in. Sounds like you are spoiled and have no idea just what a big, bad world it is out there.
Take your punishment tomorrow and learn from it. Your parents make the rules. Once you are 18 and can support yourself you are free to go, so you can start saving.
Now you should get off your computer and go to bed....school tomorrow.
A lot of kids have no parents to care about them at all - you are lucky.

Do your dad have a reasonable reason to spank you or keep you in your room? If yes, you better get off the computer and tell him that you are sorry and you will behave better from now on. You are 12 and have to wait until you are 18 to rent a room for yourself. Also, where will you get the money from? All I suggest is that you work things out with him.

If you are supposed to stay in your room and have been threatened with a spanking then you probably did something to deserve it.
When you say "I don't care", what do you mean by that? You don't care to follow your parent's rules? You don't care about being sent to your room?
If you want to be treated respectfully by your parents then you should probably do the same. No sympathy from me!
Renting a hotel room? Lots of bad things can happen to little girls who try to bite off more than they can chew. Grow up a little and maybe your dad won't have to send you to your room.
