I have one. I absolutely love it. You have to calibrate it when you first get it, so that it knows how far you run in how many steps.. (example some people may run 1/4mile in 1000 steps, someone with shorter legs may run it in 2500) Once you calibrate it to your style, it is very easy to use. It keeps track of every workout you do and when you plug your Ipod into your computer, you can set it up to automatically transfer your workout data to Nike+.com when it shows you every workout you've done. Very cool product. I actually live in Alaska and we dont have many stores to choose from so I couldnt find any Nike+'s I liked. I just ended up buying some new shoes and found a "shoe pouch" on Amazon.com that laced onto my shoe and it works the same as the Nike+'s.

I bought one for myself but hate Nike's. I just attached velcro to the back of the transmitter and sewed the other side of the velcro to the tongue of my shoe underneath the laces. It works great and is a lot of fun as a motivator. I used to run cross country and track on teams in hs and college and miss the team atmosphere. Having a little voice letting me know how far I've gone or how far I still need to go, counting down to the end is a great personal coach. It is a great pick me up to just running with your ipod.

It's cheap too!
