i have a closet that i'd like to turn into a 1/2 bath. the closet is directly upstairs from my basement washer hook up. nothing too fancy, just looking for a very small sink, compact toilet, and mirror.

also (for resale), do you all think it's a bad idea to take away my entry closet to turn it into a half bath? i only have one bathroom, and though its renovated, it's upstairs. we have a back entry where we have coat hooks and things. from what i know i think the 1/2 bath will add value, but wanted other opinions.

thanks!

Hello, my husband has his own home improvement and remodeling company. He has 12 years of experience and a solid work background. He believes this would add value to your house but without seeing the space it is too hard to give a proper estimate. If you would like to set an appointment to meet with him for an estimate you can email me and I will provide you with his direct information. Thanks.
