Are you kidding? Who told you you're overweight?!
Just don't LOSE any pound, ok? Actually, it would be better if you put on a few pounds, but since you're 14, it might be normal for you (i was skinny until 14 - and when I say skinny, I mean "not really good looking" skinny. But that changed when I got my periods for the first time. )
Actually, I've just checked, and you're normal for your age. Here's the link to check by yourself. Keep it in your "favourite" list. But, really, you shouldn't have to check regularly. If you eat healthy, it shouldn't be a problem

I've also checked with your details if you were an adult. Then, you'd really be underweight. So, don't worry for now, just eat healthy, and your body will change over time. Just don't try to keep that weight as you grow older, that could be dangerous. Exercise, eat healthy, and everything should be fine.

No...slightly underweight actually. I'd worry less about the wieght and concentrate more on just being healthy. Being too skinny is not healthy and only causes problems. Just eat right and stay active and you shouldn't have much to sorry about.

Your underweight. If you are going to be doing some sport in High School, I suggest you start lifting.
