It sounds like some kind of Flu, food poisoning, or poisoning in general. What did they eat recently? Do you know where they were before they passed out (like the pesticide shed, the garage, or kitchen cleaning area for instance)? How long ago was this and are they still passed out? If so, do not do anything and call 911! Do not attempt to give them water or anything because you do not know what type of poisoning or condition has caused their vomiting and certain poisons may get worse with water and other fluids!

They lose too much fluids while vomiting (getting really delusional), too much stress on the body, stuff like that.

If you have diarrhea and vomiting, you can get real delusional and feel like passing out (had that happen late last year).

someone could pass out while vomiting due to blockage in the throat or what is commonly known as asphyxiation. normally passing out while vomiting is linked to too much alcohol consumption. passing out while vomiting occurs because the individual inhales their vomit and chokes on it thereby causing slowed breathing which leads to respiratory failure. hope this helps.
