No Holds Barred fighting is the best period. It is a mixture of boxing, muay thai, wrestling and brazilian jiu jitsu. If you are trying to figure out the best one specific to learn, I would say muay thai just because it incorporates both boxing and kickboxing. Wrestling is basically pointless in a street fight unless your goal is to hold them down for a long period of time. Brazilian jiu jitsu is also pointless because you will learn just how to submit them and you will learn some ground n pound techniques, but the fact is not all fights have to go to the ground.

The statistic is that they do, but if you have good takedown defense, then the average person cant take you down. And most street fights are done by people who dont even know how to hit correctly. There is a lot involved with actual fighting, but street fighting is way different. Thats why N.H.B., is the best there is. It teaches you fighting you can use to compete with and also if you get into an altercation and you have to fight on the street.

Also karate or tae kwon do and other such martial arts are pointless when using it alone as well. Unless you are looking to compete in which case the best thing to do is start out with boxing and bjj, then work up from there.

The though-est fighter that exist, is the wrestler, yeah that's right, wrestler, like the ones from wwe.

Wrestling is fake, you might be thinking.

But wrestlers have top notch physical condition, and can take pain like almost no other fighter in the world, their movements might be kinda dull and slow, but if you are fighting a
wrestler, and he or she manages to get a single grab on you, the fight might as well be over.

(I'm speaking from experience here)

If you are talking about learning fighting, and fighting, in real life, the best way is Tai Jutsu and Nin Jutsu.
If you want to dominate compitition, try learning ki and chakra.

There is no best. All top level Martial Arts can be beaten and also defeat. It depends on the physical and mental skill of the people involved.

There is no overall best best Martial Art or fighting disipline.

It depends on the practitioner whom applies it.

If he is proficient and knowledgable he will do well.

If not he will surely not.

Box for ten years. Then you can take the head off anyone. And watch the sucker punches.

The best taught fighting style is one of no fighting. The one where the one person is skilled enough to avoid a fight or not have to fight.
