Everyone else has already said it. She loves you!
We've got a cat who starts purring the minute he walks in a room with us if he knows it's cuddle time. Other times I will walk past him and he will just be purring away sitting on the carpet. Just means he's content and happy.

Because cat's are very affectionate to the right people. Your cat must love you VERY much and you must give her a lot of attention! You are lucky to have a little meow meow like that.

1.This can either mean that she likes what you are doing to her; 2. she is nervous that she won't be able to escape you;
3. she is mad that she is being picked up (my cat does this a lot)
My best bet is # 2
