Fram a Girl Scout Web Site:

"Please note that although an expiration date does not appear on the cookie box itself, they do have a shelf life. If not frozen, it has been advised that cookies should be used by April to guarantee freshness."

I've had some frozen for a year or more and are fine when I open them.

When I was a girl scout they told us that the cookies would last approx. 2 years in the freezer. I have frozen mine for up to a year and they were fine.

Well, we had a box on the shelf form last year, found them, and opened them this year. They were fine. But a year is probably the longest I'd try it.
