Laughing Cow cheese spread. I have been eating this due to a recommendation by a diet book I am reading, and I LOVE it, although I like a lot of flavor, so I double dip it in hot sauce :-)

My gram always made celery with a mix of cream cheese and pimentos. I also like it with the garden vegetable flavor cream cheese or onion and chives. MMmmmmmmm

peanut butter, cream cheese, onion dip, actually any kind of dip, vegetable dip is great, pimento spread, really anything that tickles your fancy. To really dress it up fill it with herbed
(your favorite) cream cheese, wrap with half a slice of bacon and put under the broiler until the bacon starts to sizzle.

A good one that I had never heard of before recently is tuna on celery. You chop celery up to put it in tuna salad or even chicken salad why not reverse it?
I also tried carrot salad on it for my kids because I was feeling that need to invent a new way for them to eat more veggies. It wasn't half bad.

Philly makes different flavors of cream cheese, too. My favorite is the garden veggie flavor, but I just discovered them and haven't tried them all yet.
