Some dogs respond well to the 'death ray stare.' It can't hurt to try it. When she tries to bite your hand, look at her like she's really stupid and you're really mad. Then look away, back at whatever you were doing. Dogs read nonverbals really well since that's how they communicate with one another.
The stare of death doesn't work with all dogs, but for those it does work for, nothing else is needed. If it doesn't work, tap her lightly on the nose (without looking at her, if you can manage that) and say NO, then go back to what you were doing.
Once she's left you alone for awhile, reward her with attention. Don't keep her in disfavor for too long or it'll lose its effectiveness as a training aid. Let her stew a few minutes, and then reward her with good attention.

The next time she tries gently remove your hand and say NO. do it in a calm manner. Next say "....." sit down. leave hi/her there for 2 minutes then give her the release command. You will have to do this about 20 times and be 100% consistent to stop this habit. Obviously you have given her attention when she does this so she/he thinks that is ok.

look the dog straight in the eye and just say, 'eh' then, firmly tap it on the side of the face with a cupped hand. i've seen the dog whisperer do it like that and it always catches their attention. the point is to let them know you are the one in control, not them. as soon as you do it take your attention on to something else.

Don't respond. Cause if you do than the dog will keep doing
it. Buy some bones for the dog to chew. Encourage your
dog to bite the bone instead. Also give your dog a treat
when he uses the bone for awhile so he will want to chew the
bone.

Puppies are so fun!
When we had our pup in puppy school, we used a bottle with a spray top, like a dishsoap bottle with water in it. When she did something wrong, she got in instant "squirt" and a quick, but bold "leave it'. Only took her a few times to connect the two.
