It sounds as though your sinuses are getting dry; try using a plain saline nasal spray, and see if you can find a way to increase the humidity in your home. You might also take a dose of vitamin C daily, as this helps blood vessels in general to be stronger.

The tiny capillaries in the nasal membrane are friable..that means fragile and they're easily broken. You also have a rich blood supply in this membrane so that means there are lots of friable vessels there.
Small amounts of blood are generally not a serious thing but can indicate too frequent noseblowing and too vigorous noseblowing, as with colds and allergies, or can indicate irritation caused by dryness of the nasal membrane, allergic irritation, picking the nose or even from excessive friction from your Kleenex.
Using an OTC saline nasal spray is one way to replace moisture and maintain the normally moist, saline environment. Such a spray can be used as often as needed. It has no side effects. Try it for 2 weeks and if you don't see a difference or if you see a worsening, you may need to have some vessels cauterized. This can be done in a doctor's office with silver nitrate and is a quick procedure.
I used to work Head & Neck surgery and your question is right up my alley.

The membranes in our noses are ultrathin and
the tiny blood capillaries are very close to the skin....
all for the purpose of enhancing breathing, smelling,
tasting, etc. It is very easy to break the skin or burst
a capillary by simply blowing your nose.
Unless it is an extremely frequent occurrence, nothing
to worry about...its natural.

Take a good quality pro-biotic(friendly bacteria) on a daily basis. Pro-biotic produces enough vitamin K in your body. Vitamin K stop nose bleeding. It work for my kids and it should work for you. Do not take vitamin k supplement alone, you can overdose on it.
