There IS a God, and he does not consider anyone "useless." As one of the other respondants said, what is useless? "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."--Romans 3:23
Does that make us useless? No, not in God's sight. That's why he sent his son to earth, to die and buy us back from the sinful state.--Romans 5:6
Plus consider this: when Adam and Eve were created, where were they placed? On earth. With the expectation of living how long? Forever. Where? On earth. THAT PURPOSE HAS NOT CHANGED. Nothing can thwart God once he sets out to accomplish something. So, although there are different types, or kinds, of people, everyone has the opportunity to partake of that promise. And being free moral agents we have to make our own choice in that matter. The only ones he will eliminate are those who willingly and knowingly choose not to do his will. But those he considers "stupid" not useless.--Ecclesiastes 5:1, 4

There are no "useless" people. No one is here on earth by accident. God has a purpose for every soul even if that purpose is one that might not warm your heart towards Him.
Romans 9:22 What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory-- 24 even us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles?
Proverbs 16:4 The LORD has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of trouble.

No, he loves everyone and everyone has a purpose. What you may see as useless may be the most useful to God, you don't know.

Well, there are a lot of useless people. So, I guess that means if you are right-then there is no God. but!!, what if you are wrong??

You know, sometimes I think that would be great. All the mindless neo-atheist trolls on Yahoo Answers would be gone. But then, I remember that I was once just as useless, so He obviously has His purposes. And thanks to God for that!

That is EXACTLY what He is in the process of doing.
So be useful and accept Jesus Christ as your Savior from sins penalty which is hell, where all the useless people go.

In due time.
"And the slaves of the landowner came and said to him, "Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?"
And he said to them, "an enemy has done this!"
And the slaves said to him "Do you want us then to go and gather them up?"
But he said "No, lest while you are gathering up the tares, you may root up the wheat with them. Allow them both to grow together until harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, "First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn." ' "
(Matthew 13:27-30)
At the end of the age, God will separate sinners from the righteous.
