I heard this really weird fact that the only thing that wakes you up more than coffee is an apple, i'm not sure why but it works for me in the morning...

Some people put their alarm clocks at the far side of the room so they have to get up to shut them off. Other people set the alarms a bit early so they have some leeway if they tend to hit the snooze button.
But if you get up and immediately make your bed, then splash water on your face, that should help wake you pretty thoroughly. Having the coffee pot set up helps too, if coffee is your thing.

when ur alarm goes off at six then hurry up and get up and like take a shower so the shower can help u wake up and make sure not to go back to sleep because that would be bad!!!!

What helps me is to have the alarm set really loud and at the opposite end of the room....and u have to get up out of bed to turn it off....works for me most of the time....good luck!!

mika hit the nail on the head, once you hear the alarm, get up and DO SOMETHING... , you know you must get up to go to work, so do something to get you motivated. i used to be this way but i set up a plan to meet my fellow employees to meet
for breakfast at a local restaurant before work. it worked wonders. no one is late, and we got on the same page to accomplish the day's task. way higher productivity.
by the way keep this a secret, don't want everyone to know.

When your alarm goes off at 6am just get up and wash your face get some breakfast into you and you will then be awake alert and ready to go,
