does it need to be dried and strained first? if there is a spell would there be anyone that would admit it? and what kind of spell would it be for?
I remember reading police testimony that teens were caught with a pouch of dust and bones, what is that all about?

Some people like writing books that have weird, strange, satanic-sounding crap in it. Some people make up spells that seem scary. Whatever.

In my book, magick isn't about demons and scary crap. It's about connecting with deity.

Magick uses correspondences. A spell to help heal osteoporosis may contain bone. The connection is obvious. I suppose that if someone wished to create a curse to destroy someone's brain, they might use such a thing as you mentioned, but I don't hang around such people; in fact, I've never met any.

I'm sure some nutjob thought that somewhere, but it isn't real. There is no such thing as black magic. Magic doesn't have a color. Energy is neutral, without color, or goodness or badness.
