as an avid spotsman i have tried numerous sports drinks and have found that i feel the most effect from powerade, i often found that after drinking gatorade and returning to the field i would experience gut cramps which affected my ability to perform. Always remember to drink plenty of water for 24 hours pre and post strenuous exercise and have plenty during as well as the sports drink as they are mostly supplemental and will not totally hydrate you alone. stay fit, be well and live long!!!

Gatorade is better. I even proved it when I did an experiment with both for my science project, although I do like Powerade too.
