I'm pretty obssessed at exercise.I worked out everyday 6 to7 hrs. a day.I know it's way over but i just can't control myself.And if i ate i just let one hour passed and worked out again.Pls. help

Working out is good. But as you pointed out, you are overdoing it.

See a psychologist. You need counselling and other treatment more than you need to worry about being on a diet or working out.

Yep you hit the nail on the head! A eating disorder comes along with this......How is is that you have this kind of time? Your whole life is spent working out? Aren't you bored doing this all the time?
You need to find things to do, work, hobbies, something,... you are setting yourself up for injuries big time. Your body can only handle this for so long, then the troubles come, both mentally and physically. Maybe a job would help you occupy some of those hours?
Oh and by the way yes you can control yourself. You can do anything you set your mind to do, you're doing it now. You just need to change your thinking about yourself, and this can be done too. You are in for a miserable life if you don't stop doing this and you can stop...I've seen it happen alot in my business and it all starts with your thinking.........

For the quantity of exercise you do, that sounds kinda poor, you only drink tea? you should tell us youre complete food schedule a day, but let me tell you something, if you dont give your body at least one day of rest a week, you are going to burn the muscles, and the results will not be the ones you are looking for, your body grows stronger and bigger when you rest, sounds funny, but thats the way it is.

ANYTHING THAT IS AN OBSSESSION,..........THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG......WHAT IS LACKING IN YOU TO BE SO OBSESSED WHATS MISSING, LOOK WITHIN NOT THE EXTERNAL,ONE THING IS TO EXERCISE, THE OTHER TO PUT THAT IN FRONT OF ............FAMILY,LOVE,FRIENDS.RELATIONSHIPS...ECT.ECT.ECT.
