Cappucino has foamed (frothed) milk on top; a Latte does not.
In the end, the Latee gives you more to drink, unless you just like foam.

From "Ochef.com":
"In this case, it’s a matter of proportion — latte has more milk.
In this country, cappuccino is a serving of espresso (about 2 ounces) with essentially similar amounts of milk and a rather stiff milk foam. Caffè latte is a serving of espresso with about three times as much milk, topped with a short head of foam. So a latte is milder and has a milkier taste."

Cappuccino is typically stronger than a latte because it contains much less steamed milk. A latte consists of more milk, less espresso with a small layer of foam. Cappuccino has more espresso, less milk, and a big layer of foam. Cappuccino, therefore, has stronger espresso flavor than a latte.

a cap has more foam and is in a smaller cup...in a latte you still have a little foam but you pour alot of steamed milk in as well...it is served in a cup that looks like a bowl.
