Well, I'd say a National Wildlife Refuge because that is designed specifically to protect endangered species. The others are mainly to protect land and overall nature. I hope that helps.

A National Wilderness preserve or willdlife refuge in my opinion would be ideal. The advantage of Federal funding and support while limiting campers and human intervention into the area could potentially reduce our impact on the species in question. If it is an aquatic species, this becomes more difficult due to airborne pollution from outside of our country that travels in the form of acid rain. Specifically China and other rapidly developing Asian continent nations are large offenders when it comes to protecting the environment, it would be fair to argue that while we are not Perfect in North America, these nations are roughly 10-20 years behind the times in some cases.
