You may need to rephrase your question. Not sure what you are asking. As for God, the rainbow was his sign to Noah that the flood was over and that he would never again send waters to cover the earth. As for the color yellow, it is simply a color in the broad spectrum of colors (seen and unseen) within the rainbow.
