well you spelled it out in english. romanization for japanese is actually pretty straight forward. you say, baka yaro (the u drags out the o a little bit). we do say the r's a little bit different though, like a cross between a L and a R.

"baka" means absurd,stupid.
"yarou" means guys.

this is an offensive word.
I think you should not use it.
