I've looked in the rice/beans/pasta section but haven't had much luck. Do I need to look in a health foods store?

I've only ever seen it in health food stores

some supermarkets have health food sections apart from the regular aisles - so check there, too - if applicable where you shop

Definitely try health food stores or markets that specialize in whole & organic foods. Most likely you will find it boxed or in bulk (it's a grain). Good luck!

Try Whole Foods.

They have it there in packs that you buy, or you can buy them by the pound in the dry food/food in cubby's. If all else fails, ask someone who works there.
