I think most guys would prefer a girl with pretty skin, because hair can be chemically treated to alter its coarse texture or just wear a cap to cover them up. But skin is always the most obvious thing to spot on in the overall appearance. How can you use makeup to cover up your big and red pimples all over your face?

Between skin & hair, skin is your first priority.
When you meet a guy, is he going to be looking at your hair or your face? Most likely your face. So you should always have nice skin, not to make some guy happy but to make yourself feel better that you have nice skin!
So try taking care of your skin first & then your hair. I mean, skin takes a longer time to take care of with all the healing & stuff.
Then you can focus on your hair. You can style it, cut it, deep condition it to make it softer. Let's just say that hair is easier to manage than skin so you'd better pay more attention to your skin first. Hope this helped!

I would think skin would matter the most and as long as hair is kept healthy you should be ok. Try getting a facial to see how to keep up your skin.. go to a school for estheticians for the most inexpensive way!!! good luck!

I don't know, I would think hair. But they may not like girls with acne. I have no idea. Boys will be boys. As long as you're confident about how you look and aren't obsessed, I think guys won't really care though.

men prefer girls with pretty skin. hair they could care less as long as you have it, and its clean.
They stare into a girls face, they touch a girls face. thats what gets the attention.
Hair is secondary.

i think it needs a little bit of both. i wouldnt want a guy with pretty hair but acne all over his face.
