Im 14 and I asked a boy I it with in science class out and I told him that I knew someone likes him so he constantly asks me who it was and then I gave him a note the next day telling him it was me and I said did u read it and he smiled. Well I try too flirt but I need some help because I dont think Im getting my point across to him or Im bad at it. So what are some good hints?
But then the next day I told my friend that I liked him and she went up to him and said does he like me and he said kinda. When most guys say kinda does it mean a yes?

I wouldn't overwhelm a guy. Don't come on too strong and scare him away. The trick is to make him want you.
Be friendly , ask his advice, Keep a recognizable scent, exclusively yours. keep good eye contact but look away enough so he can look at you.
Because you started the way you did, you get a kinda. This would mean , he has no problem with how you look, just back off a smidgen.
If he does you a favor , a quick kiss is in order.
You didn't give him enough time to know if he likes you, but he is attracted. Take it slow.

yeah you kinda are a bad flirt, all the im to scared to tell people i like them to there face so i have to write notes and tell them that somebody (but not mention that that somebody is me) likes him is really stupid and if any other 14 year old guys are like me they hate that.now that youve already started all this stuff than you should probably back off for a week or so ans show no intrest at all! then you can start some real flirting again.
and when most guys say kinda it either means that they are hott but annoying or bi***y, or really nice and awesome but kinda ugly. this wasnt ment to offend you by the way, even though thats why i come to answers, i dont if it will, but i hope it helps you with your problem, (i have a girlfriend so if you are anybody else says that i dont know what im talkin bou your wrong!!!)

I dont think at the age of 14 I was really paying attention to boys yet.. But flirting is different now right, try just being you not worring about flirting.. I wish I could help you but I have an 8 year old son and flirting to him is hitting another person, or tickling lmao.. .Good luck sweety just dont rush things...

Try smiling, teasing, laughing at his jokes (no matter how lame they are), saying hi, starting a conversation with him, asking him about his day, ect.
And kinda means yes. He likes you.

it means hes interested but not all the way yet, if u talk to him more and let him know who u really are then he might start liking u more.... so at least he sed kinda and not no, so make ur move and show him what u got!

well u can always be licking a loily pop wait u talk to him and like u know kinda suck on it.. and lick it. when he talks to you.
he will basicly forget the subject, he was talking about. lol!!!
or u can aways u know get close to him. like if u dont understand somthing... as him for help. and u know giggle...laugh... or maybe he just hasnt hit pubertry xD! and u know doesnt like girls yet he thinks "EWWWW" lol! so yeah. ^_^
