In addition to Chiro's wonderful list, check out http://community.livejournal.com/rawdogs/profile This is a group on livejournal for raw feeding. The main page has all sorts of great links and book recommendations.

The group is also very friendly and happy to help answer questions. Members include 'newbie' raw feeders, and people who have been feeding raw for years.
