I didnt mean that i was attracted to him though just that he was nice looking and i know i should nt have said it cos if he saif it to me i would not be happy but it just came out and now he wont reply to my msgs and when he does he says things like hes had it on his mind all day and now he is trying to figure out what we both want i told him i want him but he has not replied to me is there any chance he will forgive me i didnt mean to say what i said it just came out I LOVE HIM more than anything

Any relationship where one or both people are affraid to say that other people are attractive is a bad relationship. That only means there are some serious insecurities kicking off.
People have eyes and attraction to things they like, it doesnt mean because you think someone is hot or cute that you want to be with. You just happen to find them pleasing to the eyes, and maybe sexually attractive.
Just let him know you picked him for a reason, and let him know hes the one you want to be with. Tell him if hes too insecure and cant handle you thinking other guys are attractive that he either needs to grow up or find a new girlfriend.

well, yes you should have kept quiet. he needs time to cool off. hopefully you don't make a habit of saying inappropriate things and he'll realize that this once was just silly on your part. but if you do this kind of thing a lot, that may have been the last straw.
you can't say anything now to convince him that you only meant the other guy was nice to look at, so don't try. give him some time.

You still have a chance. You have to give him time to get over it. How much time? Well it is all on him. He is hurting right now. His ego is hurt more than anything and that's hard for a man to cope with. Be patient with him girl. He'll come around. don't give up and don't stop showing him how much you love him.
