I wanted to uninstall Windows Messenger so I loaded the program on the following link which is supposed to uninstall messenger.
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/tips/xp_messenger_remove.htm

I did that but now my MSN Messenger will not load even after being uninstalled and reinstalled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i think removing windows messenger is affecting your msn messemfer and stopping it from working, i just left mine on and set it not to start up, then installed live messenger, you could try a system restore to a date or time before you removed it and just set it to not run, i have no problems with mine at all, sorry i cant be more helpfull

in the starting up, there should be some thing incorrect with ur computer. close ur computer down (manually) and then start up it up back. (or basically hit restart) then open up MSN and then examine in. that's going to load this time
