In order to fight multiple opponents correctly you must wait until one either gets close enough where you dont have to charge at him to attack, or you wait for him to come at you first. Either way you have to fight them all at the same time, if you concentrate on one, you will loose badly. Hit one, then hit another, and so on, but always make sure they are close to you, if they arent then they arent a threat you need to worry about at that time.
If one is close enough for you to hit them, then do so, it doesnt matter if there are only two out of three that are close enough to you, attack only those two, leave the third one out of it until he gets close enough. Do not concentrate on just one unless the others are down and not getting up. Also dont let the fight go to the ground, if it does you are going to get kicked, so stand back up as quickly as possible.
Also when one is down and you are able to concentrate on them, attack their limbs, not their heads or body. This way if they do get back up, they wont beable to hit or kick correctly. Im only saying this because you said no death or serious injury, if it were me I would make an example out of them and make it so they remember me.
I would attack their jaws, throats, floating ribs, kidneys, hips, knees and elbows. Everything else I would leave alone, if you hit someone in the face or head you could end up being the one hurt just from hitting. Use your elbows and knees, but dont kick above the waist, if you do you become prone to being taken down or thrown off balance.

This is ONLY to be used when you fear for your personal safety and ONLY when you are outnumbered.
If you are trained and know how to deliver a powerful Thai roundhouse kick to the leg, what you do is fein weakness. As a distraction, raise your hands in front of your face, showing your empty palms to the nearest attacker while saying, "Hey, don't hurt me!" Immediately afterward, you throw the hardest kick you can muster to the attacker's kneecap.
The odds have definitely improved now.
The others will likely not want to go through the agony that their friend is going through.
Then don't say another word, just walk away because at this point it's your word against theirs and again you're outnumbered (unless you have witnesses).

Depends on how they are aligned and where you are at. Skill level of yourself and them is also taken into account. The easiest way is take out people's knees. If they know how to protect them self, then maybe an elbow, or wrist. The dislocation or hyper extension of any joint is very painful. The best style to learn for this in my opinion is Aikido.

try to line them up. dont get cought in the middle. line them up so you can use one as a shelled and so you can keep the fight going like a one on one fight. DONT GET TAKEN DOWN. i say this because i do tea kwon do. i have seen some akido being practiced and i think thats the best martal art for multiple apponents (i cant really speak on akido)

you have not given enough details to give an accurate answer but generally i go for their legs once you have them down get away if you cant getaway a good solid kick with downward force on the knee should break the leg or you could forcefully push your hand into the space under their breastbone but that will not stop them it will only slow them down your best bet is to keep moving and escape at the earliest opportunity

Attack the leader first. Dislocate a major joint, such as a shoulder. Move on to whoever seems to be 2nd in command, unless they have already fled the scene, seeing what you did to their leader.

You go straight for their throats with your fist to try and knock them all unconscious till you escape. Do something fast, and running would be an option. Thanks.
