No one has laughed at me, criticized my beliefs, made snide remarks, or in any way made me feel ill at ease.
Is there something lacking? Am I not a good Christian? Is God disappointed in me?

I'm not a christian but your question is wierd to me. God did not say you had to be persecuted only that you rejoice when you do. There is a verse in the bible that hits this on the spot "and it came to pass" you persecution will come to pass so will the times that you don't. just remember there is a time for everything. but in your religion it is always time to praise God so thank Him for the break

Put out a question or answer with some hate, intolerance or condemnation in it..I guarantee that you will get some. Perhaps you are being a good christian and no one can find fault in you. I'm not God so I or no one else can tell you if He has disappointment in you.

No fears. God isn't disappointed in you, and I'm sure you're a good Christian. I haven't really been harangued for my beliefs either. People must just have learned to back off, that you're not going to succumb to what they say. Or maybe it's just an "off" week. Either way, God's not disappointed in you, because He's never disappointed in His children (and I'd know, I screw it up worse than most, and He's still here with me.)

Not Chrstian but...Ask a question demeaning someone else. When you get the sharp reprimands you deserve in your answers, you can claim you are being persecuted

According to some I guess. lol I don't know where this all comes from? I know people who don't believe in God, and they don't get on my case and I don't get on theirs. We've had discussions but it's never as ugly as what happens on here sometimes. I think people are generalizing people way too much.

I am persecuted constantly... and I'm not that vocal about my belief... I don't stand on corners with a bullhorn. But many know I have a very strict morale discipline... and they hate me for it.
