Walmart has a phone you plug into your computer. You can take or make a call while online. You'll find it in the computer isle, you know the modems and stuff. Also AOL subscribers can talk while online too.

There is a free download on the web called Callwave this will work great if you have dial up only.

You have several options:

Configure your dial up to disconnect you when another call comes in.

Forward your home phone to your cell when you are online.
