Question about side effects - for those who take Adderall?

I take 30 mg Adderall XR daily & decided to try going without it for a week. I have to say I felt much less nervous/anxious than usual and more like myself.
I wanted to know if any others who take adderall have experienced anxiety as a side effect & how you feel when not taking Adderall.
