Yeah i know this might seem strange but i also listen to Hannah Montana, about every American idol winner{I own all the cds}, and of course high school musical. Download favorite songs on 2 mp3 player or ipod for great workout, grease, i have this cd burned that has just Elvis and 50-90s songs. All of Elvis songs get me pumped during a sports practice or anyother song listed above will. My favorite non elvis is crazy little thing called love and i love rock and roll. Elvis would have to be Jailhouse Rock and suspicious minds. Dont forget Let Me Entertain You!

I work out 4-5 times a week at a gym. I do about 90% cardio, and use an mp3 player when I am exercising. I find that my cardio burn- and corresponding effort/calorie count skyrocket when I am listening to high energy songs as opposed to slower more rhythm based songs. Techno, punk/ska and metal work best for me. Godsmack and Reel Big Fish are favorites to get my tempo up and keep it there. Good luck with your workout!

I'm a country girl, so I crank up the tunes by John Michael Montgomery, Toby Keith, etc. Anything with a good strong beat to it. And I take all of my CDs and load them onto the comp and burn myself CDs based on what I want to accomplish (ie. aerobic exercise would be fast, walking songs would have a moderate beat, and weight training music would be slow but steady). Take what you love and 'run' with it.
