In the sense that we feel a duty to enlighten people who've been misled by their religion and their religious leaders, yes.

It should be evangelical, not evangelic.
Certainly there are atheists who share their beliefs with others, but they usually do so with logical arguments and scientific research. Technically they're evangelical, but they avoid most of the problems associated with evangelical theism.

that`s kind of contradictory, its a paradox because evangelic means that believes what the gospel says and atheist means that doesn`t believe in God , and the gospel was written by God ,so thats contradictory but it may also mean a person who doubts in God`s existence but at the same time has the heartbeat He exists

The term's probably not correct, but it makes me laugh. I have a few atheist friends who are fairly "evangelical" about their atheism (debating, renting booths at fairs, debunking, handing out literature, and so forth).

Let's look at what "evangelist" means. It comes from a Greek word meaning "good news." There are not doubt people who are of the opinion that the non-existence of god or gods is good news. So, I suppose the term can be applied in that sense.

Evengelic is a Christian term so is hardly suitable as a description of any type of atheist. Or any member of a non-Christian religion.

Yes when they attempt to convert others to their beliefs like an evangalistic christian preacher.
