If you don't want to go over to him directly and ask him out, go to a place where you know he's going to be and dress sexy. Body language speaks just as well as words do. If you're at a bar, catch his attention with a sexy "I wanna **** your brains out look" while you lick the straw on your drink. Stare at him the whole time you grind on someone else while giving him a look like...."this is what I'd do to you and then some". Works like a charm every time.

go up to him and say "hello there, have i met you before", he will give you a no answer or probably yes, and just say to him, he looked like a cute guy you met ages ago, and when the matter is resolved have a conversation with him. sorted
