if you get your eyebrows tattooed on...?

Does it look stupid when the hairs grow back? or is it better to keep the brows shaved? & how much does it cost? What do people think about that? Do you have to go to a Doctor or do tattoo parlors do it?

I had mine done and I never shaved them off, For me it was to fill in sparse areas. I went to a girl who was licensed to do it. She was not a doctor. It cost me about 250.00. Look up someone who does permanent make up in your area.

Hmm, I would show you a picture of my tattooed eyebrows but you'd have to email me because I don't want to put my picture here. All I can tell you now is that tattooed eyebrows don't look bad as long as you don't do them too big, too high and red or some other ugly color. Try to make them look as natural as possible. They shave your brows once you get over there and at least to me the hair doesn't grow back as much so I don't have to pluck any. Only on on the bottom of the brow. It depends on the cost, mine was 120 dollars.

I am in the exact same situation. My eyebrows stopped growing because I kept plucking them & waxing them. So I decided to start shaving my eyebrows to make them grow back thicker & quicker (which works, but makes me look totally ridiculous because I'm eyebrowless). Plus, I get pretty tired of having to draw them in everyday.

My mom keeps suggesting tattooing my eyebrows but that's a horrible idea. I mean, would you want to have the same style of eyebrows for the rest of your life? & when they do grow back, it's not good to be shaving over your tattooed eyebrows because it shaves off the skin also, which will make your eyebrows lose it's ink color. Besides, getting tattoos hurt... especially when it's somewhere as sensitive as your eyebrow area. You shouldn't go to a tattoo parlor to do it, people considerate a "cosmetic surgery". But you should really cross off tattooing as a choice.

I suggest you leave them alone for now & let time grow them back. Or you can use gels that have ingredients to grow your hair back. People would suggest using Talika brand but it's so expensive ($30-$40) & results vary. If you plan on using eyebrow growth formulas, try Ardell Brow & Lash Accelerator Treatment Gel. It's really cheap & it works.

I don't think you should shave or tattoo your eyebrows! Just let them grow back and then pluck them until you get the shape you want.

It looks awful in my opinion. You can tell that they are tattooed on and it just looks like you aren't sure how to use an eyebrow pencil. Really not worth it (especially if your natural hair changes color later in life, you'll look silly)

If you want to see how the tattoos look before you get them done which I would advise against-all kinds of problems-allergies to the dye, uneven brows, fading, bad color, PAIN!! If you do get it done go to a plastic surgeon-cost about $250.00.

it looks alright go to a cosmetologist that specializes in permanant make up i have eyeliner and it is awesome ive had it for about 2 yrs and with just that i can leave the house without makeup and look ok

when you have your eye brows done it is usually to fill in and make them shapely and fuller. It looks very nice. if you do your lips, make sure you go to some one you can trust. I've seen this done too and they are lop-sided

I have seen somebody on TV with tattooed eyebrows and it looked absolutely ridiculous. I don't recommend it at all!

my grandma got hers tatooed on and it looks pretty good and i think she got it done at a salon but not a tatoo parlor
