i have a boyfriend and im 13... is that bad? were not doing anything wrong...just like hold hands and always are toegher and hug. i am going through a hard time in my life right now and i need some1 to lean on. do u think its okay for a 13 yr old to have a bf?

I think it's perfectly fine as long as your responsible and know right from wrong. You are certainly WAY to young to do more than hold hands, hug and MAYBE kiss on a special occasion. Just don't cross the line and don't let him either. Find an adult you can talk to that you trust so you can share your thoughts. Friends are great but sometimes they don't give the best advice even when they try. Good Luck.

its ok for a 13 year old to date another 13 year old as long as nothing more than hand holding and the occasional hug and closed mouth kiss are involved. to me thats more like having a best friend of the opposite sex. just dont go farther until your older.

I think it's alright, just as long as your parents think it's alright. When I was 13 I had a boyfriend, and we mainly just hung out as friends and went to school dances and had fun group dates. I think at that age grou dates can be a lot of fun with your friends because you can all laugh about the same stuff.

and weve been together for 5 months, i was 13 when we started dating and we do alot more than just hold hands. as long as you dont just date because its "cool" to have a bf, if you actually like him then its fine

No, I definatly don't think it is wrong. Just don't move to fast to soon. However, if you are with him just to have someone to lean on than that is not really fair to him if you aren't really into him. Just keep things simple and fun and you will be just fine.

As long as your parents are OK with it, than I feel it's fine. Just always try to keep in mind, you have a huge world ahead of you, don't try to rush things!
