I'm sorry this is happening.
Cancer has no mercy.

As for the money, there are plenty of Americans in this exact same problem: sick, but no insurance - so no easy answers.

All I can say is ask around at your mosque and county services.

Best wishes.

Is the cancer terminal or treatable...we have a multitude
of cancer patients in America and they don't have insurance
because once cancer is diagnosed insurance providers
flee from them. We put up little glass jars with a message
and a picture of our loved ones...hoping for donations from anyone that can or will help....I feel for you and especially
for your sick brother....

The American public is paying out the nose to drive its
cars and trucks to and from work everyday....due to choked off crude oil and we are finding it harder to 'pitch in' like we
used to do......but we will prevail: And for the love you are showing for your brother....I sincerely hope he gets well... for
your sake if nothing else.

Uh, excuse me and you expect the American government to pay for all that. I don't think they will do it, especially if he has no insurance and is not a citizen. You have to be a citizen of the USA to apply for Medicaid and then you still do not get good treatment. After 90 days he will have to return back to Syria as he cannot stay here longer than a tourist visa.

When my husband got his green card they told us in no uncertain terms that he could not apply for any sort of welfare or medical assistance or he would be deported.

I am sad for your plight but bringing him here to the US without any money is a bad plan. He will suffer disappointment and then have to go back.

Does immigration know that he is about to become a ward of the government? If so he is not eligible. You would hate to have his treatment interrupted by deportation.

So be with him in Syria. He needs to be with family and friends not in a different culture where people will resent his being on the dole.

Sorry about his condition and I wish him the best.

No insurance? No income? No problem! In America only middle class workers who have lost their insurance after a life of steady work have to worry. You see they must treat you and if you have nothing they can collect nothing. It's the working stiff who has saved for his retirement who gets wiped out and has a lien placed on his home.

Maybe you can apply for help through "Doctors Without Borders." They have a website, just put it in google and see if there is help with them. I don't think your brother can come to the USA for his medical care. I am sorry for him, but as others have said here, the USA can't provide enough care for their own people and should not be providing care such as this for people who are not citizens of the USA.

Apply for welfare. Lucky for you, the Liberals in the USA.
Have insured that even a prospective terrorist, will procure
a good life [from cradle to grave]. Remember liberals see America as the evil one.

I would recommend that you set up a simple website giving the history of your brother and your family with photos etc.

Attached a Paypal donation link and then tell everyone you know about the site. You might be surprised at the results.

Best wishes.

talk to the healthcare provider. they make arrangements for people paying cash. other than that..............you aren't going to get help when your brother is not a citizen of the united states.
