No I am not going to be stupid and tell you how it
happened to me
And yes I truly did have an out of body experience just
last year
I came out of my body and now I do know for certain
that there truly is a life after this life
Jesus is my Lord and Saviour
And no you are not going to try this at all no
could put your life at risk

From what I have read, it is a matter of focusing. You need to mentally see yourself coming out of your body. Also, you are supposed to slowly roll from side-to-side, being sure to focus on coming out of your body, and allegedly you will. Also, if you are able to come out of your body, they say you should not look down at your body, or you will painfully fall back into it. Good luck. If you don't get it the first time, be patient and try again.

I've had more than one, using one of two techniques, one involving pain, the other involving hyperthermia and psychological exhaustion.
There's of course the near-death variety but I don't recommend trying to cause these.

what i learned is somethign called the 'rope technique' where you imagine a rope above you and 'feel' as if youre climbing up it while you are lying down and are in a 'trance.'
If you keep doing this well enough while keeping a trance and concentration then youll start to feel vibrations and if you have enough patience and dilligence it will work.
OBE's are difficult to attain, i have only had one good OBE in my life.
