If you were electing a new God, what qualities would you look for in a superior candidate?

I don't mean to be blasphemous, but I'm curious if you were to vote for God, what would God need to do to deserve your vote?

--AS FOR ELECTING a new god, I would not even give it a thought SINCE MAN has elected a pantheon of gods and NONE measure up to the God of the Bible , Jehovah.

--Throughout the Bible his 4 sterling qualities are empasised as Love, Justice, Wisdom & Power!

--If we were to measure these with what God has done in all of man's history carefully , honestly, justly etc. we would find that he is blamewothy.

--His holy spirit or active force is responible for these qualities that man can develope or reject:

(Galatians 5:22-23) “22 On the other hand, the fruitage of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, 23 mildness, self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

--MOST PEOPLE REPLACE the above fruitages along with their made up god's with these qualities or actions:

(Galatians 5:19-21) “19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, and they are fornication, uncleanness, loose conduct, 20 idolatry, practice of spiritism, enmities, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, contentions, divisions, sects, 21 envies, drunken bouts, revelries, and things like these. As to these things I am forewarning YOU, the same way as I did forewarn YOU, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s kingdom.”

--I HAVE never in my 60 years of life found anyone with qualities as God other than his Son, Christ who indeed manifested them perfectly when he was on earth.
--INTERESTINGLY he answered a comment in which he was referred to as "good teacher" by saying "there is only one that is good, God"--WHY?

--BECAUSE he was expressing the epitome , the zenith of all good & positive qualities were indeed invented by God the Almighty-- There is no greater source!

I would prefer one that is very different from the Bible god.

One that is not subject to remorse, confusion, disgust, jealousy, rage and snoteous attitudes; and one whose first reaction to everything is NOT to want to smite the Earth with a curse.

It wouldn't be Jesus either, cause he had some strange issues of his own -- and anyway he didn't pretend or even want to be a god.

however for fun .. try watch Japanese anime (the law of Ueki) and look for the best God candidate yourself........
