I am trying to apply for Basic Health, and need to prove my tax exempt status.?

Tax exempt status? You aren't tax exempt. If you don't have enough income to have to file, show them what you do have with W-2's or check stubs.

If you were to show them a copy of your W-4 filed with your employer that may help.
