I still wanna know how they came up with what I was told in basic training about laying flat on the ground with my kevlar facing a nuclear blast. How much did they spend on that, better yet who the hell tested it???

to make ballpens that write in outer space ( ballpoints are gravity dependent ) they spent millions of dollars and finally made one... but a pencil works fine in outer space, its not gravity dependent...
