I still wanna know how they came up with what I was told in basic training about laying flat on the ground with my kevlar facing a nuclear blast. How much did they spend on that, better yet who the hell tested it???

Are you going to tell us what it is or keep us in suspense? I don't even wanna tell what I know about them and what they've done, that I know of. Besides, all those funds wasted, and then there's the state of the VA hospitals?????

to make ballpens that write in outer space ( ballpoints are gravity dependent ) they spent millions of dollars and finally made one... but a pencil works fine in outer space, its not gravity dependent...
